Welcome to Our United Tribes (“OUT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, membership application processes, event registration pages, and any related communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of OUT & Important Boundary

OUT exists to support men’s personal growth through community, education, events, and facilitated men’s teams.

Important: The Services are for educational and community purposes only. OUT does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice, and participation is not a substitute for professional care.

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Any information you submit is accurate and up to date.

3. Membership Applications, Registrations, and Payments

A. Applications & Registrations

You may apply for membership or register for events through the Services. OUT may accept, decline, or revoke participation in a membership program or event at its discretion, consistent with our mission and safety standards.

B. Fees, Donations, and Payment Processing

If you pay dues, make purchases, or donate:

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other processors we may use).
  • OUT does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

C. Refunds / Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms (if any) may vary by program or event and will be provided during checkout/registration or in event-specific pages/emails. If no refund policy is specified, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Community Conduct, Safety, and Confidentiality

OUT programs are grounded in trust, respect, and confidentiality.

By participating in any OUT program or event, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and dignity.
  • Refrain from harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding personal sharing in groups and events.

Note on privacy vs. confidentiality: Our digital Privacy Policy explains how we handle administrative data. Our community confidentiality standards (e.g., “what is said in the circle stays in the circle”) apply to participation in groups and events, and are essential to OUT’s culture.

OUT may restrict access to the Services or remove participants from programs or events for violations of these standards.

  • Time-sensitive event updates (schedule/location changes)
  • Reminders you requested or that are reasonably necessary for participation
  • Membership administration (e.g., urgent account issues)

Message frequency: Varies by your participation and the nature of programs/events.

Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final confirmation message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us via our website contact page.

Consent not required to buy: Your consent to receive promotional SMS is not a condition of purchase, membership dues, or event registration (unless explicitly stated for a specific program where SMS is required for safety/logistics).
